I was already getting bombarded with excuses. They were coming from my husband, myself, the bank account...lol. Everywhere!
I'm not letting it stop me. I had black coffee this morning, half a potato and egg whites. No butter, oil, no creamer. I have to eat again before work.
I also worked out this morning. I found a cute little workout on freezone that was 20 mins long. I've decided to workout 6 days a week and this video may be a good start. I'll work my way up to the harder stuff later. I'm also trying to figure out how to have some type of graph to track my weight loss and goals in my sidebar. If any of you has tips on how to do this please let me know. Off to work...wish me luck!

Ohhh, I'm not sure if I've left you a comment yet but I just wanted to quickly point out how jealous I am of your blog design, it's absolutely fabulous! Very impressed with the 6 day workout plan and glad to hear you didn't let the excuses knock you down, I'd argue that the most legitimate is the bank account one and I feel that one regularly! Isn't it such a shame that eating sh*t is so much cheaper? Sod's law really! Good luck for your first week! ^_^
ReplyDeleteHi Natalie, I use a weight loss tracker from tickerfactory.com. It's free and easy to set up. You just go thru the steps on the website and then copy and paste the code into a gadget for your sidebar.
